How many years since those now famous words launched a smart, cheeky online teachemup, clothing itself in Provinciality, on the Indifferent Path to Obscurity & Inutility Immortality? About ten weeks. It seems longer, is the point.
As jpt has grown by leaps, so have our educational bounds expanded to swallow more of the darkness than anyone ever imagined. And so we have resolved to dedicate ourselves to imagining so much darkness that our mission can never be threatened by completion. Now to all those educational objectives previously pressed, add a program to involve and educate the world's delinquent youths. Watch for special DY alerts throughout the pages of the Journal, denoting material particularly appurtenant to this neoteric phase of our labor against bad ideas. Parents as well as their dismaying offspring are targeted for improvement by isolation, indoctrination, and reassimilation into the Indifferent Society, through application of nought more polemical than good old-fashioned Pyrrhonian antirhetoric. Dephenomenalization-- the melting away of incrustation in the false representational dynamics of phenomena-- and the attendant emergence of a new mind not persuaded or overly impressed by the look and feel of things, would be a beautiful process to see, were seeing and beauty themselves not concepts damnably entwined with the phenomenal.
